Collaborative Practice: recognises that whilst a marriage may be ending, relationships and obligations often continue - especially when children are involved. It allows parties to formulate an agreement that focuses on their most important individual and mutual goals.
Collaborative Practice: can help all members of a family to move forward in a positive way, rather than dwell on the past.
Please contact Richard Sharp to learn more about Collaborative Practice and to schedule a time to talk about it.

What does Collaborative Practice require of me?
In Collaborative Practice, the following key elements form your contractual commitment to the process and to the other parties involved. They are to:- Negotiate a mutually acceptable settlement without resorting or threatening to resort to the Divorce court.
- Work together respectfully, honestly and in good faith
- Maintain communication and voluntary information sharing.
- Create shared solutions acknowledging the highest priorities of all especially those of children.
