Clare Webb

Clare recognises that separation and divorce is one of the most difficult and emotional times in a person’s life. All too often Clare has witnessed the negative impact that it can have, not only on the individual but also on the family. As such, Clare is committed to helping her clients find constructive, rather than destructive, ways of resolving their issues.

In doing so, Clare listens to the specific challenges facing the family. By focusing on long-term solutions, she helps her clients consider and decide on the most appropriate way of addressing those challenges. Clare understands that the story of each family and of each relationship breakdown is unique and therefore she provides individually-tailored advice and guidance.

Whilst Clare strives to help her clients resolve their issues by non-adversarial means, where this is not possible for whatever reason, she will advise and represent them in seeking the guidance and determination of the court. However, this is very much a last resort.

At every stage Clare strives to offer reassurance and support to help her clients feel confident about the decisions they are making, at a time when confidence might be low. She helps her clients identify what is most important to them in the long term and she encourages and facilitates communication in order to reach those long-term solutions that meet the best interests of the family.

Away from her practice, Clare is an avid sports fan. She runs in charity events, is a keen skier and snowboarder and a competitive Netball player.
