We are looking for a highly motivated family law solicitor to join our growing team based in the centre of Bath. It is a supportive team where knowledge and expertise are shared freely. Each solicitor has the autonomy to run and develop their own caseload and build client and referral relationships. All lawyers within the team are members of Resolution.
The role will suit a solicitor with 1-5 years’ pqe, who has knowledge of non-adversarial dispute resolution methods, including collaborative law and family mediation, and experience of court litigation. Confident and able to advise clients as to the best way to navigate their concerns and issues.
You will manage a varied caseload and deal with the full spectrum of private funded family work. Everything from handling the divorce process (including fixed-fee), financial settlements and disputes covering the full range of net worth, complex parenting and child relocation cases and living together agreements (including Pre and Post Nuptial). You will co-work complex matters with Partners and be given the independence to build your own caseload and forge relationships with external referrers.
Salary and benefits
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package including a minimum of 25 days of holiday per year plus bank holidays. You will be able to earn a discretionary bonus related to achievable targets. You will be enrolled into our healthcare plan after a probationary period and will have access to our Group Personal Pension Scheme within the first month.
