Tom understands both the emotional and the rational considerations of people going through separation and divorce, and works to answer their concerns and secure their futures. Advising on all aspects of family law, Tom assists clients in achieving a reasonable and fair resolution, and devising a clear plan for moving their lives forward.
A strong advocate of constructive solutions to family law issues, Tom strives to minimize the unnecessary financial and emotional costs of divorce, especially when children are involved.

He listens carefully to clients’ concerns, considers their priorities, and offers them informed counsel to help them make the best decisions for the future. They benefit from his keen eye for detail in all matters, whether giving clarity to nuptial and cohabitation agreements, or protecting clients’ assets in divorce settlements.
After graduating in Philosophy from the University of Leeds, Tom decided to enter the Law and received his degree from The City Law School . Tom trained and began practising in Cheltenham, moving to Bristol in 2019 to join Sharp Family Law.
In his spare time, Tom enjoys music, film and running, especially taking part in half marathons for charity.
